Shree Anandam Colony falls in Badpadampura under Chaksu tehsil. This area has started developing rapidly in the last two-three years. The connectivity of Tonk Road and its connection with Jagatpura gives appreciation to the surrounding area. Many big developers of Jaipur city have developed colonies in this area in the last two years. Shree Anandam is also a new project in this series which has been registered by RERA. Plots ranging from 86 yards to 267 yards in Shree Anandam Colony have been included in the pass map by Jaipur Development Authority. Some larger sizes are also included, but on average the plots available in Sri Anandam Colony are between 100-200 yards.
